Will I lose control or reveal things I don’t want to?
You’re always in control. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state, like being absorbed in a movie or a long drive. You won’t say or do anything you don’t want to. Most clients are surprised by how safe, insightful, and even relieving the process feels.
What does the recording do, and why do I need to listen to it for 21 days?
The brain learns through repetition. The audio recording you receive is your custom upgrade, designed to reinforce the new beliefs and identity we installed during your session. Listening daily helps your subconscious rewire for confidence, clarity, and aligned action.
What if I don't remember anything from my past?
That’s okay. Your subconscious will guide you to what you need to know, not necessarily what you consciously remember. And even if no specific memory comes up, the process still works. The goal isn’t to dredge up the past, but to unlock and reframe the belief underneath it.
Is this like talk therapy?
No. Traditional talk therapy often focuses on managing symptoms week after week. This process is solution-driven and rapid—it gets to the root of the issue, reframes it, and builds from a new internal truth. You don’t need years of therapy. You need one clear inner shift that changes how you see yourself.
What can hypnotherapy help with?
It’s most effective for issues that stem from self-worth, confidence, and identity, including impostor syndrome, emotional burnout, perfectionism, fear of failure or judgment, money blocks, and unclear direction. If you keep asking “why am I like this?” or “why can’t I get past this?”—this work goes to the source.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients experience a significant shift between one to three sessions, supported by a custom transformation recording (you’ll listen to this for 21 days).
What happens during a session?
We’ll begin with a clear conversation around the issue you want to shift. Once you're comfortable, I guide you into a relaxed state (you're fully aware and in control). We explore relevant memories from your subconscious, not to rehash pain, but to make sense of the pattern. From there, we rewire the belief at the root and install a new, empowering narrative using a tailored audio recording.
Can this work if I’ve already tried therapy, coaching, or journaling?
Yes. Especially if you've intellectually done the work, but emotionally still feel stuck. Most of my clients have already tried “everything.” Hypnotherapy works differently because it bypasses the thinking brain and goes straight to the belief-level wiring that’s running the show.
